I'm from Bel Air, Maryland, and I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, with an expected graduation date of December 2025. My academic journey has provided me with a solid foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and system design, all critical competencies for understanding HVAC and mechanical building systems.
My background uniquely blends hands on engineering with client facing work through my professional roles at Trane Technologies and Whiting Turner. These experiences have taught me that technical expertise alone isn't enough, success requires the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable solutions that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
I have developed strong interests in technical sales, solution development, and consulting based communication. I genuinely enjoy working in roles where I can bridge engineering knowledge with customer needs, making complex systems simple, understandable, and perfectly aligned with client goals. My drive comes from creating those moments when a client fully understands how a solution will benefit their operation, comfort, and bottom line.
I make complex engineering systems understandable and accessible. Whether explaining load calculations, system capacities, or efficiency ratings, I translate technical details into clear language that empowers decision making.
Strong relationships are built on trust and understanding. I prioritize active listening, asking the right questions, and ensuring clients feel heard and valued throughout every interaction.
I bring a solution oriented mindset to every challenge. My focus is always on delivering measurable value, whether that's improved system performance, cost savings, or enhanced operational efficiency.
My personal brand centers around clarity, communication, and results. I aim to be someone who makes complex systems simple, ensures clients feel understood, and always brings a solution oriented mindset to the table. Whether in engineering, sales, or teamwork, I bring professionalism, genuine curiosity, and the desire to create meaningful value for others.
This commitment to excellence extends beyond technical knowledge. It's about being a trusted individual, someone clients can rely on for honest recommendations, guidance, and solutions that truly align with their operational goals and budget.

My career objective is to pursue a full time technical sales role where I can combine engineering knowledge with strong interpersonal communication skills to drive client success in the HVAC and mechanical systems industry.
I want to help clients select HVAC and mechanical system solutions that maximize comfort, operational efficiency, and long term performance. My goal is to be one who brings comprehensive technical understanding, genuine relationship building, and customer first thinking to every interaction.
Listen actively and ask strategic questions to uncover the real challenges and goals behind each project.
Apply engineering knowledge to design system solutions that balance performance, efficiency, and budget.
Present recommendations in clear, compelling language that resonates with both technical and business stakeholders.
Create partnerships based on trust, reliability, and consistent delivery of exceptional service.
I am particularly drawn to roles where I can work with engineers, facility managers, and building owners to solve complex comfort and efficiency challenges. I believe the future of technical sales lies in being a genuine partner, someone who understands both the technical requirements and the human elements that drive successful projects.

This portfolio showcases my key assignments and communication work for ENCE 424: Communication for Project Managers. This course has been instrumental in developing my ability to communicate, present ideas with confidence, and reflect critically on my professional development journey.
This semester, I completed a Pearl Diving Assignment that focused on connecting course concepts to my personal communication style and professional development. The paper incorporated insights from personality assessments such as the DISC Profile and applied ideas from the class readings to real situations, helping me better understand how to communicate effectively.
This section includes my 30 second, 1 minute, and 3 minute introductory speeches. The 30 second version provides a concise overview of who I am, while the 1 minute and 3 minute speeches highlight one and three key reasons why I would be a strong asset to an organization. These showcase my ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in a business setting.

Achieving the rank of Eagle Scout taught me discipline, responsibility, and leadership through hands on service and project management. This distinction represents years of commitment to personal growth, community service, and the development of character traits that continue to guide my professional journey.
As an Eagle Scout, I led community initiatives, coordinated teams of volunteers, and developed strong organizational skills that directly influence how I approach engineering challenges, client communication, and professional work today.
Leading my Eagle Scout project required coordinating volunteers, managing resources, and delivering results under time constraints, skills that translate directly to technical sales and project coordination.
Completing hundreds of service hours reinforced the importance of giving back and creating positive impact, values I carry into every client relationship and professional interaction.
Earning Eagle Scout required setting long term goals, maintaining focus through challenges, and demonstrating persistence, qualities essential for success in technical sales careers.
The principles I learned through Scouting: preparation, integrity, service, and leadership, form the foundation of my professional approach. These values ensure that I bring not just technical knowledge to my work, but also a commitment to excellence, ethical behavior, and genuine care for the people and communities I serve.
Winning the Trane Technologies Regional Technical Sales Intern Case Competition represents one of my proudest professional accomplishments. This competition challenged me to evaluate customer needs, generate technical solutions, present value driven recommendations, and collaborate effectively under pressure in a competitive, real world scenario.
Evaluated building requirements, energy usage patterns, and client priorities to identify optimal system solutions.
Developed comprehensive HVAC system recommendations balancing performance, efficiency, and budget constraints.
Delivered a compelling presentation that clearly communicated technical value and ROI to judges representing Trane leadership.
This experience strengthened my sales confidence, technical judgment, and ability to work collaboratively. It validated my ability to think strategically about customer needs and communicate solutions with clarity and conviction.
Outside of engineering, I run an online fitness coaching business where I help clients build sustainable nutrition and training habits that transform their health and confidence. This entrepreneurial venture has provided invaluable experience in client relationship management, consultative selling, and service delivery.
My coaching business aligns closely with technical sales principles and has strengthened skills that transfer directly into engineering sales environments.

Success in coaching requires deeply understanding client goals, challenges, and motivations - the same approach essential in technical sales.
I develop customized programs tailored to individual needs, just as technical sales requires designing system solutions specific to each client's operational requirements.
Addressing client concerns with empathy and clarity has taught me to navigate difficult conversations and build confidence through transparency and expertise.
Delivering premium services requires demonstrating value, building rapport, and communicating with conviction.
This experience has strengthened my communication skills, sales psychology understanding, and ability to connect authentically with people. It has taught me that successful selling isn't about pushing products, it's about genuinely understanding problems and providing solutions that create meaningful, lasting value.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my professional ePortfolio. I hope this site has provided valuable insight into my background, skills, and the unique perspective I bring to technical sales and mechanical engineering.
I'm actively seeking opportunities to contribute to organizations that value technical excellence, customer focused solutions, and collaborative team environments. If you're looking for a driven professional who can bridge engineering with client success, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
Whether you're a hiring manager, recruiter, or industry professional, I'm always open to conversations about technical sales roles, HVAC industry opportunities, or ways I can add value to your organization.
